Pampanga Business Circle (PBC) is a fellowship of sectoral leaders promoting ethical leadership, collaboration, and community-centered development. A non-partisan platform, PBC mentors future leaders to advance good governance, inclusive growth, and Pampanga’s long-term progress.
PBC is not a political group, not a membership-fee organization, and not a replacement for existing institutions.
